The campaign reached its biggest audience ever this week, as national broadcasters and newspapers spread the word about Kensal Rise Library across the country.
It means that every major broadcaster and newspaper is now watching Brent.
The campaign to save Kensal Rise Library is now being reported on and followed by:
BBC, Channel 4, Daily Mirror, Daily Telegraph, Independent on Sunday, Guardian, New Statesman, Evening Standard, The Spectator, Daily Mail, local newspapers including Willesden & Brent Times, Harrow Observer, publications including Grove Magazine, radio broadcasters, and media organisations abroad.
The campaign is also being discussed across the country, as people scrutinise Brent and its proposals – more than 600 comments on one national newspaper website alone in a single day.
The campaign is being supported by numerous notable figures including Zadie Smith and Philip Pullman, and has had an unprecedented response from residents across Brent, and up and down the country, all with one message: we will not let Kensal Rise Library fall.
